01 · Sales & Revenue

Sales for products that have to be explained.

We take on sales work for products that need explaining: from researching suitable companies and first conversations through to demos and closing. Individual phases or the whole path, in your name and inside your CRM.

01 How you recognise it

Does this sound like your situation?

Three starting points we see regularly. One of them is enough.

  • 01

The founders are still selling themselves

The product sells through personal contacts, but management time is not enough for systematic outreach and follow-up.

  • 02

The team exists, the pipeline is thin

Your sales people spend their time on research and booking meetings instead of on conversations and deals.

  • 03

    New market, no sales structure

Entering the German-speaking market or a new segment needs quality conversations before a team of your own is justified.

02 What you get

Three results you will notice in daily work.

  • Quality conversations in the calendar

Researched companies with a reason to talk, the right decision makers and meetings that arrive with a briefing.

  • A guided process up to signature

Discovery, demo, follow-up, negotiation and closing from one hand, with agreed rules on what we may promise.

  • A CRM that reflects reality

Activities, notes and handovers live in your system. Success is measured with metrics agreed in advance.

03 What it looks like

A handover briefing.

Schematic example with fictitious data

This is what your sales team gets before every meeting we booked, not just a calendar entry.

ItemContent
TriggerERP replacement planned for 2027, selection starts in spring
QualificationTarget profile met, budget process running, no exclusion criterion visible
ParticipantsHead of IT attends, head of finance decides the budget and is not present
ExpectationOverview of approach and effort, explicitly not a pricing conversation
Open questionsTerm of the existing vendor contract unknown; number of sites unclear
In the CRMConversation note, preparation task, meeting with an agenda

A meeting without a named trigger and without a picture of the roles is not a qualified meeting. If a line is missing, we say so instead of filling it.

How do we start?

Ioannis and Tugce Fotiou discussing a process together at the desk
This is how every collaboration starts: with a concrete process on the table, not with a specification document.

Your product needs explaining, and your sales team lacks the time for research, outreach and consistent follow-up.

An agreed ideal customer profile, a first qualified account list and a documented conversation guide.

Access to your product knowledge, one contact person in sales and clarity about which customers you explicitly do not want.

We only need these accesses and documents once we start working together. For a first conversation, a short description of your situation is enough.

04 Who this is for

For companies whose product deserves an explanation.

FIOXX works for providers where a deal requires understanding, on both sides of the table.

  • SaaS providers

Products with onboarding, integrations and several decision makers, from the department to IT. The value becomes visible in the conversation, not on the pricing page.

  • IT and cybersecurity providers

Solutions that touch risk, compliance and operations. Buyers expect subject knowledge and a process that respects their internal reviews.

  • ERP and business software

Implementation projects with long cycles, dependencies on existing systems and budget decisions at management level.

  • Technical B2B products

Hardware, equipment, components and engineering services where specification, use case and integration decide the deal.

05 Challenges

Why classic selling fails here.

Six patterns we see again and again in technical sales processes, and that more calls will not solve.

  • 01

The customer does not know they have a problem

Products that need explaining solve problems the customer has often not named yet. Sales has to make the need visible before it can meet it.

  • 02

    Many people involved, different languages

Department, IT, procurement and management judge the same offer by different criteria. Every role needs its own argument.

  • 03

    Long cycles, many handovers

Weeks to months pass between first contact and signature. Without structured follow-up, opportunities are lost quietly.

  • 04

Demos that show the product, not the value

Feature tours overwhelm and bore at the same time. The effect comes when the demo represents the customer’s concrete process.

  • 05

    Meetings without quality

Classic appointment setting delivers conversations, but not the right ones. Without qualification your sales team’s time is burned.

  • 06

    No data, no steering

If activities, reasons for losses and pipeline movements are not recorded, sales cannot improve, only repeat.

06 The full process

From target account to signature and beyond.

FIOXX can take on any of these phases. The biggest effect comes when they are run as one process: with consistent qualification, clean documentation and handovers that lose nothing.

  1. Lead generation
  2. Appointment setting
  3. Discovery
  4. Demo
  5. Follow-up
  6. Negotiation
  7. Closing
  1. 01

    Lead generation

We define the ideal customer profile together, research suitable accounts and contacts and build qualified contacts through outbound channels. Not the most contacts, but the right ones.

FIOXX delivers Target account list with reasoning, messaging per role, a running outbound cadence, handover into the CRM.

  2. 02

    Appointment setting

We book first conversations with decision makers who have a recognisable interest and a fitting context. Every meeting comes with preparation: company, situation, likely need.

FIOXX delivers Qualified meetings in your team’s calendar, or with FIOXX leading the conversation.

  3. 03

    Discovery

The first conversation is not about presenting but about understanding: process, pain points, decision path, timing and budget logic. Only then can we decide whether and how the product fits.

FIOXX delivers Structured conversation notes, a qualification assessment, next steps in the CRM.

  4. 04

    Demo

A good demo shows the customer process inside the product, with their terms, data and goals. We prepare demos from the discovery and run them ourselves or together with your specialists.

FIOXX delivers A demo script per target role, preparation and delivery, documentation of open points.

  5. 05

    Follow-up

Every contact is followed by a step: a summary, answers to open questions, involving further stakeholders, scheduling the next milestone. Follow-up is part of the process, not an afterthought.

FIOXX delivers Consistent follow-through with tasks, sequences and reminders in the CRM.

  6. 06

    Negotiation

Scope, term, conditions and timing are negotiated once the value is clear. We prepare decision papers and support procurement and legal without losing the connection to the value.

FIOXX delivers Negotiation preparation, offer structure, coordination with your management.

  7. 07

    Closing

The close is the result of a guided process: everyone who decides is involved, risks are addressed, the start date is agreed. Then we hand over cleanly to onboarding or customer success.

FIOXX delivers Support up to signature, handover documentation, an account development plan.

The work does not end at the close: in account development we support the rollout, identify room for expansion and make sure a first project turns into a long-term customer relationship.

07 Technical sales

Consultative selling instead of a script.

Why does technical sales need a different approach?

Because the customer is not buying a product but a change to their process. And they have to understand it before they can take responsibility for it.

With products that need explaining, the quality of the discovery decides the deal. Whoever understands the customer’s process can make the value concrete: which work steps disappear, which risks drop, which numbers change. That requires subject knowledge, curiosity and the willingness to say no early when the product does not fit.

FIOXX brings this way of working from practice: we have sold SaaS, cybersecurity, ERP and business software and technical products hands-on, from first contact to signature.

08 Working together

How FIOXX works with your sales team.

How does FIOXX fit into an existing sales team?

As part of the process, not as an external island: with a shared CRM, agreed handover points and regular coordination.

Depending on the situation we work ahead of your team (research, outbound, appointment setting), alongside your team (demos, follow-up, offer support) or instead of a sales team of your own. In every case: activities, notes and results live in your CRM, handovers are defined, and you can see at any time what is being worked on.

We involve internal specialists from product management, engineering and management deliberately, where their expertise makes the difference. Their time stays plannable.

  • The whole cycle

    Sales-as-a-service

FIOXX takes on the sales process from lead generation to closing, in your name, with your CRM, with agreed metrics.

  • Individual phases

    Embedded sales support

We reinforce your team where capacity is missing: top of funnel, appointment setting, running demos or follow-up. Your team concentrates on what it does best.

  • Market test

A pilot with a clear frame

A time-boxed pilot tests audience, message and process in a defined segment, with an honest result, before you scale.

  • Enablement

    Build and hand over

We build the process, CRM structure, messaging and cadences, run them in practice and hand them to your internal team, with documentation and support.

09 Sales × systems

Sales without a system does not scale.

Hands-on sales produces data, tasks and handovers. If those end up in spreadsheets and inboxes, every bit of progress stays tied to individuals. That is why we build the system behind the work in parallel: CRM structure, lead routing, follow-up automation and reporting.

The result is sales that keeps running even when the team changes, and that can be measured and improved.

10 FAQ

Common questions about B2B sales with FIOXX

Does FIOXX appear under our name?

Yes. Hands-on sales work happens in the name and on behalf of your company, with an agreed tone, agreed materials and clear rules on what we may promise and what not. Your customers meet a contact who understands your product.

How does the start work?

It begins with a discovery phase: product understanding, target audience, competition, previous sales results, CRM access and materials. From that we derive the ideal customer profile, the messaging and the process definition. Only then does hands-on work begin, so the first conversations already aim at quality.

Do we need a CRM before we start?

A CRM helps, but it is not a prerequisite. If there is none, or the existing one does not fit the process, we set up a lean, clean structure. That is part of our Revenue Systems area. All activities are documented there so you always have full transparency.

How is success measured?

By metrics we define together in advance: qualified meetings, pipeline volume, conversion per stage, cycle length and deals. The numbers live in the CRM and are discussed together regularly, without polished reports.

How is the collaboration paid for?

That depends on scope and model: individual phases, a pilot or the whole cycle have different requirements. We discuss it openly in the first conversation and propose a model that fits your cycle, deal size and goal.

Which regions does FIOXX work for?

We work with customers in the German-speaking region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), in Greece and across Europe, in English, German and Greek. FIOXX is a company registered in Greece with a focus on the European B2B market.

How do you handle data protection?

Contact data is processed according to GDPR principles: legal basis, purpose limitation, documentation and, where required, a data processing agreement. We work inside your systems or in clearly bounded, traceable structures.
