B2B sales, automation and software

More conversations with the right customers. Less manual work.

We take on sales tasks and build CRM workflows, automations and software that relieve your team. For B2B companies, especially providers of software, IT and technical products.

01 Where to start

What should become easier in your company?

Choose the point that comes closest to your daily work. You will find the full list of services under Services in the menu.

  • More conversations with the right customers

Your product needs explaining. We research suitable companies, approach the people who decide and support your team up to the next real step in the sale.

    What a result looks like

    • Meeting: Thursday, 10:00
    • Nordwerk Systeme GmbH, Head of IT
    • Briefing: trigger, open questions, decision path
  • Less manual work in daily operations

Transferring enquiries, assigning tasks, preparing documents: we build workflows that take over the repetitive work and make exceptions visible.

    What a result looks like

    • Incoming: enquiry from the website form
    • Case prepared, task created
    • Review: Sales Industry
  • Systems that work together

When CRM, ERP and other tools run side by side, we connect them. If the right application is missing, we develop it for your process.

    What a result looks like

    • Customer 4711 in CRM and ERP
    • Payment terms: ERP leads, CRM reads
    • Conflict: notify instead of overwrite

02 An example

The enquiry has arrived. What happens next?

The same enquiry, two workflows. First, how it works in many companies today. Then, what we build instead.

Schematic example with fictitious data

Today, by hand

  1. Enquiry sits in the inbox Only the inbox knows who has seen it.
  2. Contact details copied into the CRM By hand, often twice, sometimes not at all.
  3. Responsibility clarified By shouting across the room or a group email.
  4. Reminder set In one person’s calendar.

With the workflow

  1. Enquiry assigned Company recognised, contact linked, source noted.
  2. Task with deadline created With the responsible team, visible to everyone.
  3. Draft reply prepared Referring to the enquiry, with a proposed time to talk.
  4. Checked by a person Nothing is sent before approval.

04 What happens when something does not fit?

The important part of any automation is the exceptions. Every workflow needs a fixed path for the case that a rule does not apply.

  • No match during enrichment: the case continues, the field stays empty and visibly marked.
  • No rule applies: the enquiry goes into a named queue, not to a random person.
  • Target system unavailable: the transfer is retried. If it fails again, it is reported.

Technical details on the data model, routing and duplicates are described under CRM automation and in the examples.

03 Who is behind it

You work directly with us.

No intermediaries and no changing project team. You talk to the two people who run FIOXX and do the work.

Organisation and operations

Tugce Fotiou

Ensures clear coordination and reliable internal processes. Responsible for company management, operations and organisation, so that projects are delivered properly.

04 First step

This is how we start together.

The first contact is deliberately small. You neither have to describe a project nor provide any access.

  1. 01

    You describe your situation

A few sentences about your product, target customers and the process that costs you time today. You do not need a finished brief, we will ask.

Result We know what it is about and whether we are the right people to talk to.

  2. 02

    We reply with an assessment

Usually within two working days, directly from Ioannis Fotiou: what we see, where the lever is and whether FIOXX can help.

Result A first orientation you can work with internally.

  3. 03

A conversation of about 30 minutes

We look at one sales or work process, clarify the most important bottleneck and discuss a sensible next step.

Result A jointly agreed next step, or the clarity that it does not fit.

05 Before we start

What you want to know before the first conversation.

What do we discuss in the first conversation?

One sales or work process that costs you time today. We clarify the most important bottleneck and discuss whether and how FIOXX can help. The conversation takes around 30 minutes. You do not need a finished brief.

Do you need access to our systems for that?

No. For a first conversation a short description of your situation is enough. Access to your CRM or other tools is only needed once we start working together.

Do you take on hands-on sales work or only software?

Both. FIOXX takes on sales tasks such as research, outreach and appointment setting as a service, and builds the processes, automations and software behind them. You can start with one part.

How do you handle AI and approvals?

AI takes on clearly bounded tasks such as research, preparation and drafts. Wherever decisions have consequences, a human checks and approves. For us that is a principle, not a setting.

Where is FIOXX based and in which languages do you work?

FIOXX is a European company based in Serres, Greece. We work remotely with customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Greece and across Europe, in English, German and Greek.

Next step

Which part of your work would you like to simplify?

Write us a few sentences about your situation. Ioannis Fotiou usually replies within two working days with a first assessment. A first conversation takes about 30 minutes and does not commit you to anything.
